Free Agent outfielder Marlon Byrd has been suspended for 50 games after testing positive for PED's. He will be put on the restricted list and will remain there until August 20. Byrd was released by the Red Sox earlier this month. He is a career .278 hitter with 82 home runs and 445 RBI's over 11 major league seasons.
