The Rockies have signed pitcher Jeff Francis to a major league deal. This is Francis' second stint with the team, and he played for Colorado from 2004-2007.The Reds released Francis earlier this week after he opted out of his minor league contract. He posted a 3.72 ERA in 77 1/3 innings for Triple-A.
