Cardinals sign Brock Peterson

The Cardinals have signed infielder Brock Peterson. Peterson had previously been playing for the Bridgeport Bluefish, of the Atlantic League. He hit .293 with 21 homers with Bridgeport this season, and has been assigned to Triple-A.
