The Blue Jays have announced that pitcher Andrew Carpenter has cleared waivers and will be outrighted to Triple-A. The Blue Jays removed Carpenter from their roster a couple days ago to make room for shortstop prospect Adeiny Hechavarria and pitcher Jesse Chavez.
