D'Backs acquire Daniel Cabrera

The Diamondbacks have acquired pitcher Daniel Cabrera from the Pirates. It is unknown what the Pirates received in this deal. Cabrera has posted a 4.58 ERA in 108 innings pitched for Pittsburgh's Triple-A affiliate this season. He owns a career 5.10 ERA in 892 1/3 big league innings.
