The Phillies have placed pitcher Cliff Lee on waivers. Teams have two days to claim him off of waivers. If Lee clears waivers, the Phillies might be able to trade him.Lee can block trades from 21 teams, including the Diamondbacks. The Yankees, Braves, and Marlins however, are not on his no-trade list.
Lee will earn $21.5 million this year, and $25 million per season from 2013-2015.
