Trevor Bauer to make ML debut Thursday

Diamondbacks' top pitching prospect Trevor Bauer will make his Major League debut on Thursday. Bauer has been dominating hitters in the minors this season.

Bauer, the 3rd overall pick in the 2011 draft, was 11-1 with a 2.23 ERA in 16 starts this season in the minor leagues. He also had 116 strikeouts.

Bauer will take Joe Saunders' spot in the rotation temporarily because Saunders is on the DL.

Analysis: I'm a big fan of Trevor Bauer and I can't wait to see him being challenged by some big league hitters. He is a strikeout machine and is going to be a superstar in the game. He reminds me of Tim Lincecum (a few years ago), because of his pitching motion and pitching arsenal. I'd strongly suggest you pick him up in fantasy baseball because he is about to be unleashed.
