Astros claim Hamburger off of waivers

He will be assigned to a local Burger King.. Joking.

The Astros have claimed pitcher Mark Hamburger off of waivers from the Padres. San Diego designated him for assignment on Thursday.

Hamburger was designated for assignment twice this season. Texas DFA'd him earlier this year as well. He owns a career 1.99 ERA in 198 career minor league games.
