The Mets have reacquired pitcher Chris Schwinden today, claiming him off of waivers from the Yankees. The Mets have also assigned him to Triple-A.The Jays claimed Schwinden off of waivers when the Mets designated him for assignment on June 2. The Indians then claimed him off of waivers four days later, and then the Yankees claimed him off waivers on June 29. The Yankees then designated him for assignment yesterday. Schwinden has a 4.31 ERA in 14 starts with four Triple-A teams this year.
