Astros acquire Comer to complete ten-player trade

The Blue Jays have sent pitcher Kevin Comer to the Astros to complete last month's ten-player trade between the two teams. The original deal included J.A. Happ, Francisco Cordero, Brandon Lyon, and a few others.

Comer, 20, was the 57th overall pick in the 2011 draft. He has posted a 3.95 ERA in 43 1/3 innings in the low levels of the minor leagues this year. Baseball America ranked him as the 17th best prospect in Toronto's farm system coming into the 2012 season.
