Red Sox place Nava on the 15 day DL

The Red Sox have placed outfielder Daniel Nava on the 15 day disabled list with a wrist injury. Catcher Ryan Lavarnway was recalled from Triple-A to take his spot on the roster.

Nava has hit .251 with 4 homers and 242 plate appearances for the Red Sox this season.
