The Orioles have announced that outfielder Endy Chavez has cleared waivers and will be outrighted to Triple-A. Chavez was designated for assignment by Baltimore earlier this month.Chavez has hit .190 in 129 plate appearances with the Orioles this season. He signed a minor league deal with them last off-season.
