The Dodgers have been awarded the claiming rights for Cliff Lee. The Phillies can now pull Lee off of waivers, assign his contract to the Dodgers, or work out a trade with the Dodgers.The Dodgers have shown willingness to take on about $95 million left of Cliff Lee's deal. Lee has pitched to a 3.73 ERA in 125 1/3 innings so far this year.
