Middlebrooks has broken wrist, possibly out for rest of season

Will Middlebrooks has been placed on the 15 day disabled list by the Red Sox with a broken right wrist, and will most likely be out for the rest of the season. Middlebrooks got hit on the right wrist by a fastball by Indians relief pitcher Esmil Rogers Friday night.

Middlebrooks has been very good this year, hitting .288 with 15 homers and 54 RBI in 75 games.
