The Giants announced that outfielder Justin Christian has cleared waivers and will be outrighted to Triple-A.Christian hit .125 in 61 plate appearances with the Giants this season.
Analysis: Christian is really just middle infield depth and you can pretty much find that anyone. Factor in that the guy couldn't hit at all in 2012 and you have yourself a player who doesn't appeal to anyone.
