The Twins have announced that they have re-signed pitcher P.J. Walters to a minor league deal with an invite to Spring Training.Walters elected free agency just a few hours ago after refusing his outright assignment.
Analysis: The Twins need pitching depth, so I suppose this is a smart move. Walters isn't anything special - maybe a #5 pitcher at best.
