Free agent pitcher Roy Oswalt recently auditioned for the Red Sox, Phillies and Rangers and plans to throw for at least two more teams. He is looking to sign relatively soon so he can be on the mound by sometime next month.

- Oswalt threw for the Rangers game but it appears that Texas will not have space in the starting rotation for him. Their rotation is full already and Scott Feldman and Alexi Ogando are serving as extra starters in the bullpen.
