Toronto Blue Jays catcher JP Arencibia has been placed on the 15 day disabled list with a broken right hand. He suffered the injury on a foul tip last night. He will be out for 6-8 weeks.Arencibia has hit .242 with 16 home runs and 50 RBI this year.
The Jays currently have 10 players on the disabled list, including outfielder Jose Bautista and nine pitchers.
