The Dodgers have placed pitcher Chad Billingsley on the 15 day disabled list due to right elbow inflammation. The team will recall Stephen Fife from Triple-A. This move is retroactive to July 8.Billingsley has had a rough season, posting a 4.30 ERA in 18 games started.
