Brewers outright Dillard to Triple-A

The Brewers have outrighted pitcher Tim Dillard to Triple-A. Dillard has appeared in 34 games with Milwaukee this year, posting a 4.38 ERA in 37 innings pitched. The Brewers will recall pitcher Tyler Thornburg in a corresponding move.
