The Athletics have signed relief pitcher Jeremy Accardo, who was released by the Indians last week. Accardo will be assigned to Oakland's Triple-A affiliate.Accardo has posted a 4.58 ERA in 26 appearances for Cleveland this season, and is in his eight professional season.
